Developmental Specialist Program 5 Credits;
Semester
Open to Juniors and Seniors.

Prerequisite: Approval by the Attendance Secretary the Dean of Students.
The Developmental Specialist Program assists elementary students at Oak Ridge School to function at grade level by relating, supporting and reinforcing positive attitudes toward themselves and their work. Specialists are supported by a staff psychologist, the principal, and a teacher at Oak Ridge as well as an instructor at Christian Brothers High School. Applicants will be screened on their ability and personal qualities to carry on this off-campus program.

Concurrent Enrollment College Credit;
Semester
Open to Juniors and Seniors

Prerequisite: Approval of Academic Assistant Principal, Students
Under Concurrent Enrollment college courses are taken for college credit while attending Christian Brothers. Each course replaces one CBS class and must be for a minimum of three college units. In general Concurrent Enrollment is for advanced courses that are not available at Christian Brothers. Students who apply for Concurrent Enrollment must demonstrate the ability to manage themselves. These courses must be scheduled outside of the regular school day in the evening.
